Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TopDental Institute's services, courses, and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Course Enrollment & Access

Enrollment: Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the first installment for payment plan options.

Access Duration: Online course materials remain accessible for 12 months from the date of enrollment unless otherwise specified.

Prerequisites: Students must meet all stated prerequisites and hold necessary professional qualifications for their respective courses.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, UPI, and PayPal for international students.

Refund Policy:

• Online courses: Full refund within 7 days if less than 10% of content accessed
• Hybrid courses: Full refund up to 14 days before hands-on session starts
• No refunds after hands-on sessions commence
• Refund processing takes 7-10 business days

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, documents, and content are the intellectual property of TopDental Institute and Dr. Rockson Samuel. Students may not:

• Share, distribute, or resell course materials
• Record or screenshot course content for redistribution
• Use materials for commercial purposes without written permission

5. Certification

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements, including:

• Completion of all modules and assessments
• Attendance at all required hands-on sessions (for hybrid courses)
• Passing minimum assessment scores (where applicable)

Certificates are for professional development and may carry CPD/CE credits. Verification of credentials is the student's responsibility with their local dental board.

6. Attendance & Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct during all courses. TopDental Institute reserves the right to remove students who:

• Engage in disruptive behavior
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Misrepresent credentials or qualifications

No refunds will be issued for removal due to misconduct.

7. Limitation of Liability

TopDental Institute and its instructors are not liable for:

• Clinical outcomes of procedures performed by students
• Professional licensing or credentialing issues
• Technical issues beyond our control (internet outages, platform failures)
• Travel or accommodation expenses for hands-on sessions

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and processing.

9. Changes to Terms

TopDental Institute reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India.
